Real-estate websites are useful for discovery, but property-specific decisions often depend on government, municipal, title, assessment or professional information. Start with the source responsible for the record or rule.
This directory intentionally mixes provincial and regional resources with explanations of what each source is useful for. It does not reproduce changing tax thresholds, fee schedules or municipal regulations that should be checked directly.
