Why this website exists
MetroVancouverRealEstate.biz is an informational resource for people researching housing and relocation decisions in Metro Vancouver and nearby Fraser Valley communities.
The site does not represent a brokerage and does not publish property listings. Its job is narrower: help readers identify questions that deserve research, explain where location and transportation fit into a housing decision, and point toward appropriate primary sources.
That approach is intentionally different from the site's older business-directory format. Generic directory listings and unrelated promotional entries have been removed. Commercial links now appear only when they relate to the subject being discussed.
What the guide does not do
It does not tell readers what property to buy, establish market value, provide legal or tax advice, approve financing, inspect buildings or confirm zoning. Those tasks require the appropriate professionals and authorities.
